Its entry thus constitutes an unconditional acceptance of the terms of use of this portal, regardless of whether the user of the application is registered in the application or not. In addition, this consent is effective from the date of his first use of this Application, and any change to these Terms and Conditions will take effect immediately after the change, unless the customer provides otherwise, and this means that the customer continues to use this portal after a change use, his full agreement to this change.

ARTICLE 2):INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:

The company's trading name is Key Company for Rent a Car Ltd., its trademark, the trademarks registered in its name, the company's electronic addresses and all materials, text, images, graphics, circulars, forms, files, multimedia and software which the website contains, which is guaranteed by the system. ARTICLE (5):REGISTRATION MECHANISM:

When registering on the company's website, the customer will be asked to enter the username and password that will be communicated to the customer by the company management and an activation code will be sent to him when he enters the application through the registered and approved mobile phone from the key company to Customers.

Note that the entry of this information by the customer, in addition to the activation code sent by the company to his mobile phone authorized by the key company in the application, constitutes electronic signature and acceptance of electronic transactions and authorization in addition to acceptance of the conditions for the use of this application contained in the previous and subsequent clauses of this Agreement.

ARTICLE (6):INFORMATION SENT TO COMPANY WEBSITES:

Any information or material sent to the Company through this Application over the Internet becomes the property ofthe key company for car rental(KEY CAR RENTAL),and it is well known that the Internet still lacks comprehensive security. Consequently, the responsibility for all information via the Internet is limited to the customer, who bears the risks involved.

ARTICLE (7):GUARANTEE:

The key car rental company(KEY CAR RENTAL)has taken all reasonable measures to place the information on such websites that constitute security. In addition, before sending the official request and signing the agreement, it will try to work on updating this information first, and thus the company does not give any guarantees, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information obtained. Therefore, the customer must always ensure that the offers and prices for cars, services, terms and conditions mentioned on the site are still valid. In fact, the company reserves the right to change them at any time without prior notice to the customer, so it must be remembered that it is necessary to monitor the prices and services offered from time to time.

ARTICLE (8):DISCLAIMER:

Regardless of case or circumstance, the Company will not be responsible for the following matters, including but not limited to:

Negligence causing damage or damage of any kind, whether direct, incidental, special or consequential, or expense or loss resulting from the use of this website by the customer or the inability to use it, or the occurrence of some errors or omissions or the delay in the response of the system,(Due to a defect in the operating system or communication system),Operational hindrances, disruptions, virus infections or total failure of the system or loss of profit or damage to the customer's reputation, even if expressly pointed out to the possibility of occurrence, or the occurrence of problems due to access to the website, its input, use, storage or accessing other websites.

ARTICLE (9):PRIVACY:

The company recognizes the customer's need to know how they handle their personal data. The company also recognizes the magnitude of concerns that customers have regarding the privacy, confidentiality and security of the information that the customer provides over the Internet. In this regard, the company assures the customer that it is committed to keeping this information strictly confidential and confidential.This permission constitutes the Company's current policy of confidentiality and privacy, and Customer's use of the Key Application and other Company websites constitutes acceptance of the Terms of Service and this Confidentiality and Privacy Statement.

ARTICLE (10):TERMS OF SERVICE PROVISION AND PRICES:

Customer's use of the Website and request for Services are conditioned upon certain knowledge of the costs and fees of such Services and all information available about them, whether inside or outside the Company's Website. The customer must see the prices of the cars offered and the value of the services provided by the company and make sure of their accuracy, and if there is an error, the customer has the right to object to the company. In addition, the agreement on this is the binding reference for both parties.

ARTICLE (11):CHANGES AND UPDATES:

The company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions or to replace them in their entirety with other new terms and conditions or to replace any page or pages contained on its websites on the Internet without notice.In addition, the Customer's continued access to or use of the Company's website will constitute their acceptance of the changes made to the website as previously indicated. The Company also has the right to change or suspend, temporarily or permanently, all or any part of the Website without notice and at any time in its sole discretion.Customer also agrees that Company shall not be responsible to him or any other party for any modification, suspension or suspension of the Website.

ARTICLE (12):CUSTOMER SECURITY OBLIGATIONS:

The Customer undertakes not to cause any electronic damage to the Application or the services provided in the Application or pages linked to it.

He also undertakes to deal with any hacker who breaches the privacy of the website or causes damage to it or the data on it. In addition, the customer undertakes not to send chain letters that exert heavy pressure on the website, impairing its performance and damaging it or its users and their data.

ARTICLE (13):CUSTOMER INQUIRIES:

(A)THE CONSEQUENCES OF CUSTOMER INQUIRIES:

The Client authorizes the Company to act on requests that appear to be duly valid requests, even if at any time incompatible with other requests related to the requested services.

(B)IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INSTRUCTIONS:

Service requests received via the application are always executed with the customer's password.

(C)THE FAILURE OF THE OTHER PARTY:

The Company shall not be responsible for any failure by the other party to implement the instructions or any delay or failure by that party to implement the instructions for any reason whatsoever.

(D)ACCURACY AND COMPLETENESS OF THE INSTRUCTIONS:

The customer must ensure the accuracy and completeness of all required data, and incomplete data will not be accepted, and the customer will be responsible for the errors resulting from the incomplete data.

The key car rental company(KEY CAR RENTAL)will do everything in its power and put all its energy into fulfilling the wishes of its valued customers.

ARTICLE (14):GENERAL PROVISIONS:

(A)APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION:

This document is subject to the Electronic Transaction System, Information Crime Control System and Transportation and Traffic Authority System and will be interpreted accordingly. Therefore, the Customer and the Company agree to refer any dispute or controversy that may arise from these General Conditions to the competent judicial authority.

(B)REFERENCE IF THE RECORDS BETWEEN THE TWO PARTIES DIFFER:

In the event that the data provided by both parties are different, the data contained in the company's records at the time of concluding the contract or submitting requests will be the final indication of the dispute.

(C) 25% TWENTY FIVE PERCENT The rental amount will be deducted if the reservation is canceled six
Hours or less before the appointment if the receipt or cancellation is not made after the reservation date.

(D) THE FIRST DAY OF RESERVATION WILL BE DEDUCED,in the event that the identity documents
(ID card - driver's license) are not brought

(E) 25% (TWENTY FIVE PERCENT)deducted from the first day's rental if the customer is unable to authorize(an expired license - suspension of services - failure to register or update data in the Absher system),a daily rent will be deducted

(F) The rental value is calculated from the date and time that the customer indicated in the reservation and not from the actual time of arrival in case the customer arrives late. If the customer arrives early, the actual arrival time will be charged and not the time indicated in the reservation.

(G) According to the policy of the insurance company, in relation to the age of the customer, if he is over 65 years old, the customer must accept one of the following conditions:

1- In the event of an accident, he/she must pay double the amount of the excess according to the amount of the excess for the type of rental car according to the policy of the insurance company.

2- The contract should be made with CDW.

ARTICLE (15):RECOGNITION OF KNOWLEDGE:

The customer acknowledges that he has read these General Terms and Conditions and abides by them without limitation, condition or reservation.
