I didn't want to make a big deal so I just ate it. Then they offered no drinks , when the meal came! I literally had to ask them to make me their famous "Singapore sling". Really shocking!!. When I got my coffee, my request for cream and sugar was ignored THREE TIMES. Finally gave they begrudgingly only creamed me, which made my coffee undrinkable. .....And the list goes on. Never, ever will I travel with this horrible airline again!"

Advantage:"For medium-haul flights, SQ uses A330s. Business class is really OK, not great. Each passenger is free to choose any configuration of the seat without inconveniencing others. The food is fantastic, both in presentation and taste, and served with refined courtesy... I would would be happy to fly this plane again on the way back."

Disadvantages:"The entertainment system has literally hundreds of choices - many, many movies for every taste under the sky. But there's a downside. Every movie starts, not when you're ready, but when the system is ready; you can't pause, resume it, no fast forward…”

Boarding was orderly & efficient & quick, and so was disembarking. The snacks were lovely - ice cream, apples, chops, sandwiches. Many other airlines don't even offer snacks on these long flights. The wconomy seats were spacious and comfortable."

Disadvantages:"I can't think of anything that was bad but I didn't enjoy the breakfast. I would have preferred an American breakfast. It was a mix of prawns, potato and brocolli. I would have preferred a criossant and yoghurt for the tiramisu & roll."

Advantage:"We forgot to pack our liquid products in the check-in luggage. After we went through security, we brought the liquid products back to the boarding pass counter, our luggage was already sent downstream. But the staff were very helpful, they provided a box for available, they packed the liquid products for us and checked it in as the other luggage. This solved our headache and was a huge deal for us, which made us smile. Thanks again to your crew/staff."

Disadvantages:"There is only one downside to this flight. The Lucknow International Airport terminal is downright embarrassing. There are four or five desks to handle passport control. It's fine, but no one has a sticker on who should be at which. Non-Indians should go to the far left and they have an x-ray machine that all arrivals have to take their hand luggage through while the previous flight tries to put all their heavy luggage (they are most likely all male workers coming from the gulf) then there a small, rickety belt where everyone is crowded around for the luggage. Well, there are two belts, but only one is functional. And on top of that, most baggage carts have at least one broken wheel! Great and embarrassing when you arrive from any terminal almost anywhere! Luckily you have a nice domestic terminal, wake up and build an international one! Shurum ki bat ha!"

Advantage:"There was no line to check in and the attendant very easily accepted our luggage to check in with no problems with weight, size or payment. Was pleasantly surprised to get a snack box with a sandwich and drinks on such a short flight LOVED the online videos (practical joke program) where no headphones were needed to enjoy"

We sat right behind .upper class but was not allowed to use the front toilet even though there was no one sitting in that section.They seemed to have an attitude problem and not at all like Thai International which is excellent, will never fly again with Thai smile. "

Advantage:"The cost to upgrade to business class was very reasonable for a flight of that duration. Everything was great - service, food, drinks and access to the airport lounge. The meals were among the best I've had on any flight."

Disadvantages:"The guy who snored. His snoring was literally louder than the noise of the jet engines and easily rose to levels that penetrated our noise canceling headsets!!"

Disadvantages:"I will not recommend others to use this flight for the following reasons: (1) I cannot use the Thai lounge with star alliance gold card. (2) Thai air sold the ticket but the boarding pass issued by Thai smile. (3) a ground staff (reissue staff ) is unfriendly, especially those who are in Thai office, airport. (4)Thai smile is a low cost airline. So Thai air should not sell this kind of ticket. It hurts Thai fame airs hospitality."

Then we were transferred the flight to thai airways flight we were treated very rudely by the counter.For 5 hours of wasted time they "accommodated" us with 350 baht vouchers ($10) and when asked to give us free check in the extra bag manager said sorry we can't do that. No solution no compromise NO SMILE! Above average airline fare with terrible service, expect this to happen to you too."

When we they asked the attendants. when we started boarding and did they have any instructions, they were extremely rude, laughing with each other and taking selfies. When we asked a third time, they got us off with a time frame. It was extremely disappointing."

Advantage:"I flew Qatar from Doha to NYC and the meal quality and options were excellent. I also enjoyed the amount of new Hollywood movie releases and music options."

Disadvantages:"Carry-on didn't fit in the middle overhead compartment unless I put it to the side (same carry-on case fit fine on Emirates aircraft, so the carry-on has been made smaller on Qatar either on purpose or by engineering error, and I don't want to fly Qatar airlines again. Fewer food options. I went to Gally and they only had kitkat bars for food. Emirates offers fruits, sandwiches and many choices at ALL TIMES in flight for economy class passengers. Entertainment computer (Android based system) was running slow and to times out of memory. The seats were not comfortable for a 12 hour flight. My ass started to hurt. I didn't have these problems on Emirates flights."

Had to fill out a lost luggage report in Abu Dhabi. Was promised my luggage at 4.30pm.Didn't receive it until 2.30am the next day.Missed my entire first day of holiday as I had no clothes,toiletries etc.Very angry and feel I should get a significant discount on my next flight in March to Dubai. Totally unacceptable!!!!!!!"

We were there for over an hour. At one point we moved into a long tube like structure where we stayed for at least 30 minutes while others boarded from another ramp. communication was non-existent and we were made to feel like prisoners . in fact we were prisoners."

In each direction for some reason I was unable to check in online for the other flight, which didn't make sense (saw Emirates there and Jet Blue back). Also, neither could give me boarding passes that would work for the other one. The customer service kiosk took about 15 minutes to get this done for Jet Blue at JFK."

Disadvantages:"For a large number of passengers, boarding is impossibly slow. I don't understand why the airline, after boarding the priority passengers, doesn't board the rest of us from the back of the plane to the front. Doing it the other way does what we tripping over the passengers in the front who are busy storing their luggage. This causes a bottleneck at boarding. There are also too many checks on us, which also slows things down. Emirates also advertises: a carry-on of less than 15 pounds. On this flight I would say at least 75% of passengers violated this with large and many carry-ons. This is unfair to those of us who try to follow the rules."

Disadvantages:"Smallest seats in the world. I travel a lot for work and these are the narrowest, smallest seats. All Indian airlines are super cheap and low quality - at least with Vistara I wasn't pushed around during boarding and disembarking. Traveling by air in India in economy class is like traveling in a greyhound bus. If you're from the US and over 30, avoid economy class."

Disadvantages:"Food service needs a rethink. Flights in both directions, I couldn't get a drink with my food. On both flights, to and from, the hostess couldn't serve me a tea/coffee with my dessert"

We were not issued new tickets and not refunded.Staff were not helpful at all.As we say customer should always come first.Anyway we missed the flight from Delhi to Amritsar.We bought a new one way ticket from the airport that evening.We were 5 adults and a baby visiting the Golden Temple from the USA."

Disadvantages:"Inconvenience because we closed the credit card account months after paying for the tickets: this caused significant delays which could have been catastrophic."
