Dirty bedding on pull out couch when we arrived. The room smelled like dirty socks. Gentle in the shower. Good breakfast but they will try to charge you for it even if you pay for it in advance.

The first suite we were in smelled like dog urine, stained carpets throughout the room. The other room we were placed in could have been cleaner, the pool looked dirty, the exercise equipment was broken. We had to request extra towels, blankets.

You should let people know that the airport bus only runs in daylight! I found out the hard way by arriving @10p and this was a major factor in hotel selection 🙁

The bed was comfortable....I stayed here to use the space shuttle. Upon arrival told the shuttle does not run until 7:00 am. I had to be at the airport at 4:30, so-called Uber. On the way to Uber and shuttles were there transporting people. It cost me $15.00 for Uber

The staff were friendly but the rooms need innovation, the phone didn't work, no tv channel for kids, I had to request a replacement for the coffee machine etc. But they have a great staff and they were great.

Happy to be happy

I always enjoy my stay at any of the Hilton properties, but this location is near and dear to my heart because of its location near Southern University, my alma mater. The staff is so accommodating. The only complaint I have is that they no longer accept cash payments. I'm sure it's a safety measure, but it's very inconvenient. Otherwise love this hotel!

My room was very clean, the staff was excellent! however, I had no hot water my entire stay, nor did I have a phone in my room to notify the front desk. Also the back splash of the facet in the bathroom was not connected to the wall. My bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in at the Hilton. I love check-out time. I didn't feel rushed and the staff were very helpful.

There were no working ice machines in the building. We had no hot water for showering. So we had to move to another hotel. 10:30 the same evening.

The lobby area seemed very nice, updated. The room itself had updated decor/layout. The room had a lingering musty smell when you entered every time. Every light fixture/lamp in the room was caked with rust. Some mold around the edges of the toilet door frame. Reported to the front desk the first night, expressed concern about too much moisture in the room, they "explained" that the hotel was under renovation and they had not yet reached the 3rd floor. I also noticed that the bed skirt that covers the box springs was not put on correctly and on all 3 sides of the box springs were visible. Not a huge deal, but definitely a step back from "quality looks". No attempt to change room or offer any solution. Friendly enough, but not particularly concerned. In town for a family funeral so I didn't want to go through the trouble of pushing the issue.

I found mold in the room and the phone didn't work and they didn't clean my room. I must say after I complained they refunded my money back to Expedia. My wife is a liver transplant survivor so I am very concerned about her health.

The staff in the restaurant and bar were excellent! The room was very dirty and could not open and close door to room with light very damaged room. Never will stay there totally unacceptable for a Hilton!

The hotel appears neat and well maintained from the outside and around the reception/restaurant area. However, the room I was given smelled, the floor was damp, the phone didn't work, damage to the ceiling, doors and wall, hair left in the bathtub and stains on the bathroom floor. Although the staff were nice, they were a bit unprofessional in taking care of the family instead of paying customers.
