For tours starting directly from Tayma, please arrive onWelcome center in the ancient temple of Salmat least 15 minutes before the start of your tour. In case of late arrival there is no right to a refund.
*When traveling from AlUla, visitors are welcome to stop at the traditionalBedouin campalong the route to Tayma. You must show your Tayma Heritage Tour ticket to enjoy the Bedouin camp.
Tayma Heritage Tour from AlUla by Private Car
For AlUla tours with private car transport, the car will pick you up at your hotel. To book a private car, first book a Tayma Heritage Tour and then you will see an option to add a private transfer. Please book your Tayma Heritage Tour ticket and private transfer on the same day.
Tayma Heritage Tour from AlUla by Luxury Coach
For tours from AlUla with transport by luxury bus, groups meet atWinter Park visitor car park. Please be at the meeting point in good time, at least 30 minutes before the departure time. In case of late arrival there is no right to a refund.

The heritage sites have been part of AlUla's cultural landscape for thousands of years. We hope that visitors exploring these sites will preserve this historic area by adhering to the following:
Please:
- Take nothing but pictures; leave nothing but footprints.
- Please stick to the designated walkways and do not enter unmarked areas such as B. the graves. There is still much to be discovered about AlUla, and entering the tombs or other areas may damage the antiquities yet to be discovered beneath.
- Please avoid distorting or marking the rock surfaces including touching our irrigation water on the engravings.
- Do not remove stones or take anything from the heritage sites.
- Keep these pages clean; Throw your rubbish in the allocated bin.
- For your own safety, do not climb on ledges.

- Do not scratch, draw or mark the monuments.
- Don't climb.
- Heritage sites are non-smoking except in designated smoking areas.

Visitors who mistreat the monuments will be asked to leave and will not be allowed to visit again in the future.

Customer bookings:We are happy to refund the ticket price for canceled experiences up to 3 days before the planned tours. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse credit card fees. Experiences canceled within 1-3 days of your tour may be rebooked if timeslots are available, but are non-refundable. We cannot refund or rebook experiences canceled on the day of the scheduled tours.
