For tours starting directly from Tayma, please arrive onWelcome center in the ancient temple of Salmat least 15 minutes before the start of your tour. In case of late arrival there is no right to a refund.

*When traveling from AlUla, visitors are welcome to stop at the traditionalBedouin campalong the route to Tayma. You must show your Tayma Heritage Tour ticket to enjoy the Bedouin camp.

For AlUla tours with private car transport, the car will pick you up at your hotel. To book a private car, first book a Tayma Heritage Tour and then you will see an option to add a private transfer. Please book your Tayma Heritage Tour ticket and private transfer on the same day.

Tayma Heritage Tour from AlUla by Luxury Coach
For tours from AlUla with transport by luxury bus, groups meet atWinter Park visitor car park. Please be at the meeting point in good time, at least 30 minutes before the departure time. In case of late arrival there is no right to a refund.

The heritage sites have been part of AlUla's cultural landscape for thousands of years. We hope that visitors exploring these sites will preserve this historic area by adhering to the following:

• Please stick to the designated walkways and do not enter unmarked areas such as B. the graves. There is still much to be discovered about AlUla, and entering the tombs or other areas may damage the antiquities yet to be discovered beneath.

Experiences canceled within 1-3 days of your tour may be rebooked if timeslots are available, but are non-refundable. We cannot refund or rebook experiences canceled on the day of the scheduled tours.
